This keeps popping up every time I'm  networking.Firefox is the browser and it is very annoying.They will not resolve the problem.

IF yes

A.
Uninstall Firefox from add/remove programs from control panel
B.
Download Mozilla Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
C.
Install Mozilla Firefox
Now try to open the websites

If still you are not able to open websites in Mozilla Firefox

Use Internet Explorer
Or 
Google Chrome

Are you able to open websites in other browsers?

IF NO

Try to call your Internet Service Provider and get the problem resolved.
